- Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Money Coo Music LLC and supporting the Made In Galveston Collection![1] Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during new music releases or merchandise collection drops), shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant, unexpected delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via the email address you provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days (Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination).
Express Domestic Shipping: 1–3 business days (Calculated at checkout).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal carrier backlogs or severe weather conditions.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Money Coo Music LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, import taxes, etc.).
6. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to the shipping rates and delivery estimates displayed at checkout. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10–30 business days depending on destination and carrier. Money Coo Music LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services. For orders shipped to Nigeria, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be assessed upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Money Coo Music LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
7. Damages & Lost Packages
Money Coo Music LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
